Whenever you face any issues with submitting your code, your first reaction should be to look at the hints at the bottom of the instructions

This is the hint that shows up when i try to run your code and according to it, the problem has something to do with the input element with the type of email so let’s take a look at that inside of your code.

and here we can see that you’ve used : instead of = to set HTML attributes which is not the correct syntax.

Hey! Instead of providing answers to questions, it would be much better for someone’s learning if you just provide them with hints and suggestions to get them through the problem.
