Be sure to add each input after the label text, and include a space after the colon.

They didn’t say to nest the text inside the input.
Plus recall that input is self-closing so you should delete all the input closing tags as they are invalid.

could you elastrate this for me brother because it all fail.

First, as @hbar1st said, input elements are self-closing, so you should delete all closing input tags. Second, your opening input tags should go after your text. So:
Enter Your First Name: <input></label>
Do that for your following lines of text.
