Without going thru your code… what is the problem you’re having?

Where did you find the instruction to add any attribute to the input elements? Delete them all. You have added the closing ‘fieldset’ tag </fieldset>. Delete it too:

so i just over complicated the situation this morning i came with afresh mind and solved it thanks anyway , but i do have a general question … why do i sometimes put a " . " infront of a style and sometimes i dont ? like here why doesnt the label and body written like …

When you want to select elements by their name use their name.
When you want to select elements by their class name, use a dot followed by their class name
