So, I am not sure if maybe you tried looking at other challenges when trying to solve this challenge, but you have a lot of stuff that should not be there for this challenge. As the directions say

" Nest an input element within each label . Be sure to add each input after the label text, and include a space after the colon."

The directions dont say anything about adding a type, or adding an id to your inputs. All it asks if your to create an input after the label text. So, you need to get rid of the id and type in all four of those inputs
