I think this step changed I did what was asked maybe little help here?

Nest an input element within each label . Be sure to add each input after the label text, and include a space after the colon.

<!-- file: index.html -->
<!DOCTYPE html>
<html lang="en">
    <meta charset="UTF-8">
    <title>Registration Form</title>
    <link rel="stylesheet" href="styles.css" />
    <h1>Registration Form</h1>
    <p>Please fill out this form with the required information</p>
    <form method="post" action='https://register-demo.freecodecamp.org'>

<!-- User Editable Region -->

        <label input=" ">Enter Your First Name:</label>
        <label input=" ">Enter Your Last Name:</label>
        <label input=" ">Enter Your Email:</label>
        <label input=" ">Create a New Password:</label>

<!-- User Editable Region -->

/* file: styles.css */
body {
  width: 100%;
  height: 100vh;
  margin: 0;
  background-color: #1b1b32;
  color: #f5f6f7;

label {
  display: block;
  margin: 0.5rem 0;

Learn HTML Forms by Building a Registration Form - Step 17

Your <input>s have no < symbol.
Inputs look like this: <input>. Your input looks like this input>.

Oops! Keep trying. :slight_smile:

You placed the input tags on wrong side add it after labels text with a space. And didn’t need anything within your input.

Great job on your code so far.

So input is an element, not an attribute. Go ahead and reset your code.
Now, the input element needs to be nested in your label element after your colon.
So, after each text of your label add a space then an input element opening tag and closing tag.

Good catch @zuhameer6 !
