Hi and welcome to the forum!

I see you posted some code here but I was wondering what is your question?

Welcome to the forum @knownonothing63

Please place a single space after the colon.

Then add the space and input element after the colon to the other three label elements.

Happy coding

Hey Buddy, Here you put input in a right way, but change 2 things here.

1st you need to add space after text.

2nd add more input element after your each label element.

After that show us your code.
