The second label element should have a for attribute with a value of last-name . that is the hint it is displaying

I have already answered in your previous post. If you have any doubts then you can reply in there. Theres no need to create a new topic. Your ids are still wrong for the first name, and last name. Correct those first and see if you still get the error. Sometimes the hint can be a little off
