You should not be adding submit to every input. The directions ask you to

" after the last fieldset element add an input element with the type attribute set to submit and the value attribute set to Submit ."

Meaning after this second fieldset you should be adding a new input, and not changing the existing ones. I recommend resetting the lesson to get the other inputs back to the way they need to be
