There are three fieldset elements, so you want to add it after the last one, which would be the third one.

“… and the value attribute set to Submit.”

Capitalization matters. Make sure you are setting it to “Submit”.

eso es lo que hice pero aun asi me sale que tiene que ir despues de el ultimo elemento fieldset
