I have Submit input issue . I wrote the code correct but didn’t accepted

Thank you for posting the complete code and the problem!
I cannot see where the input element with the type of submit and the value of submit is entered.
It should be entered after the last fieldset and before the closing form element tag.
<input type="type from instructions" value="value from instructions">

I did it the same. Now another issue is happened, lession number 20 is not showing submit code answer for going to next lesson
I did mistake in submit of value first latter S should was capital. Now I got it. Thank for your support.
