Hi there and welcome to our community!

The instructions could perhaps be clearer, but the legend element should come immediately below the opening fieldset tag, rather than below the input elements.

You will also need to include a space in the text of the legend element, directly before the parentheses.

Finally, you should only add a checked attribute to the first input element, not to both.
