i have to" add a legend element with text Account type (required) before the label elements within the second fieldset . Then add the checked attribute to the Personal input to ensure the form is submitted with the required data in it."im sittign here 10 minutes and tried everything i could think of, am i committing a typo?

you added many times an element with some text inside it, it’s not different than before, you have never used == to give text to an element, have you?
