i have tried to add the fieldset element but my code cant run

Thank you for posting your updated code.

This is what it currently looks like.

You seem to have removed the fieldset tags nested around the Personal and Business account buttons.


 <label for="terms-and-conditions"><input type="check" required/> I accept the terms and conditions </label>
        <label for="personal-account"> <input type="radio" id="personal-account"  name="account-type" /> Personal Account</label>
        <label for="business-account"><input type="radio" id="business-account" name="account-type" /> Business Account</label>
        <label for="terms-and-conditions"> <input type="checkbox" id="terms-and-conditions" required /> I accept the terms and conditions</label>
        <label for="terms-and-conditions"> <input type="checkbox" id="terms-and-conditions" required /> I accept the terms and conditions</label>

There are also several I accept the terms and conditons labels.

Start by deleting the first two labels for the terms and conditions.
Then nest a fieldset element around the Personal and Business Account labels.

Finally, move the fieldset at the bottom of the code block so that it is above your label for terms and conditions.
