Add the text I accept the terms and conditions immediately after the input element in the newly added label. Then link the text terms and conditions to the following location:

https://www.freecodecamp.org/news/terms-of-service/

I am finding it difficult to fix

by doing the above, you isolate “terms and conditions” (you turn it into a link!)
then its just a matter of completing the <a> with the href (to tell it where to link to)

you should add the link around the words inside the label element, do not create an anchor element outside the label element
