I have put terms a condition in every way I can think of still won’t go through

You should add I accept the terms and conditions text to the label following the third fieldset .

Here is a comparison of the original code and your code.

The code in blue is the original code, the code in red is your code.
The code in magenta is the overlap.

Your code is missing a closing fieldset tag.

The anchor element is currently not nesting any text.

I tried that doesn’t work either.

You need to add it following the third fieldset. It’s looks like you added it within the third fieldset.And don’t post screenshots, it’s not helpful to debug your code. Copy and paste your code here. Add three back ticks (```) in a separate line before and after your code to visible it here on the forum.

Thanks for the help I got it to work had to start the step from scratch
