This is kind of a bug in the tests. The tests don’t like the extra unnecessary spaces you have between the <option> tags and the start of the text (and between the end of the text and </option> tag for the first one). In general, you should avoid adding extra spaces like this as a lot of the tests will fail if you do.

good job on putting the value inside next to the opening element. looking at your values for each option. Go read the instructions again on all the rest except option one on list. they are not correct.
