You have the right idea, but your select element is not nested in the correct label element. As it stands, the label “how did you hear about us?” Is unconnected with your select element .

Looking further up your code, you have label, the text for the label, input, close label.
Follow that same format. Label tag, text for label, select tag with all of its options, close label tag.
