Hello!
So you are supposed to wrap you select element with your option elements with a label element and give it the text How did you hear about us?
You have removed the option elements, reset your code to get it back.
Then directly before your select opening tag give it a label element opening tag.
In-between the label opening tag and the select opening tag add the text How did you hear about us?
Then directly after the select closing tag add your label closing tag.
Do not add or remove anything else.

Your code should be as follows:

<your options elements>
<your select closing tag> <your label closing>
