so remember that the label can only contain the “for” attribute, whereas the input and other elements only need the “id” attribute to connect.
In the first one you need to give the label a “for” attribute with the tag “profile-picture”. The input nested inside the label needs a new attribute which is the “id”, and it need the same tag as the label. Good luck with the rest and remember to take it one step at a time
Hi, I still can’t get it to work, can you share a code with the first element let me see pls. Here’s my code profile-picture
the exercise states:
Use profile-picture
, age
, referrer
, and bio
as values for the respective id
attributes.
So you need to add 4 for attributes to the labels inside the 3rd fieldset
and you also need to add 4 id attributes as well (2 in the inputs, 1 in the select and 1 in the textarea)…
Share your code if you are still stuck.
Where in my code is the select element?
Upload a profile picture:
Input your age (years):
How did you hear about us?
(select one)
freeCodeCamp News
freeCodeCamp YouTube Channel
freeCodeCamp Forum
Other
Provide a bio:
this is the select element
Okay, I did include the id=“referrer” on the (select one) but didn’t work. What am I to do further?
please check you have done all 4 id attributes and all 4 for attributes
(and share your code if still stuck)
