It keeps telling me that the code is wrong and that " The fourth label element should have a for attribute with a value of bio ", and I really don’t get where the mistake is.

In the opening ‘label’ tag add the “for” attribute, and in the ‘input’ tag add the ‘id’ attribute with their corresponding values:
" Use profile-picture , age , referrer , and bio as values for the respective id attributes."

You seem to have added an additional label and inputs in this fieldset.
