Don’t add new elements to the HTML. I would restart the step to get the original HTML back. The only thing you want to do is:

“Link the applicable form elements and their label elements together.”

This does not involve adding any new elements. It involves adding a for element to the label and an id to its associated input. You have already done this with the inputs above. Look at those for an example.
