Hello,

reset your task and focus on creating an association of the existing labels and inputs. If you reset your task the area you have to edit is this one:

<label>Upload a profile picture: <input type="file" /></label>
<label>Input your age (years): <input type="number" min="13" max="120" /></label>
<label>How did you hear about us?

in those labels there is a for="" attribute missing & in all of those corresponding inputs there is an id="" attribute missing to create an association with its parent label.
