Describe your issue in detail here. Please I am new to coding, I just started this week but I am having challenge in this requirement: I don’t know what they are asking me to do. I need explanation and example please
With form submissions, it is useful, and good practice, to provide each submittable element with a name attribute. This attribute is used to identify the element in the form submission.

Give each submittable element a unique name attribute of your choosing, except for the two radio inputs.

Challenge: Learn HTML Forms by Building a Registration Form - Step 40

Link to the challenge:

A form is something to ask the user for information. You’re going to send an e-mail, name, and anything else in a form.

The name attribute is used to identify that information for each input.

Now, let’s say we’re asking the user for his name, this will be the input:

<input id="first-name" type="text"/>

Now we add the “name” attribute to identify that information. How do we know that’s the user’s name? Because we gave it the “user-name” identifier:

<input id="first-name" type="text" name="user-name"/>

Now you just need to add this name attribute to each input you have, except for the 2 radio inputs.

you need give these elements “name” attribute, as it says in instructions

Give each submittable element a unique name attribute of your choosing, except for the two radio inputs
