Completely lost on this one, where to give the file a name attribute. Can not figure out what code to write and where even going through the hint.

You did here well with ‘name’ attribute:

Do the same for ‘input’ elements with type=“file”, type=“age” and for ‘textarea’ element

You have already done it with radio inputs. You just have to do the same thing with the file input.

trying but still says I need give the email a name attribute which i provide but still is wrong.

Add the 'name=“” ’ attribute just into two ‘input’ element and ‘textarea’ element
(the instruction: " Give each SUBMITTABLE element a unique name attribute of your choosing, except for the two radio inputs."
The submittable elements are ‘input’ for attaching the file, ‘input’ for entering age and ‘textarea’ for type in some text.
Don’t change other elements in the code.
