The elements in question are two ‘input’ elements with the type attribute set to the value of “file” and “number”, ‘select’ element and ‘textarea’ element.

Still in the dark. So should i create a submitable element?

You have to set a name attribute to the existing submittable elements which includes the textarea, the file input, etc.
