p:last-of-type is to select the last p element, so to select the last fieldset element, replace p with fieldset

syntax error

you are right in writing ‘fieldset’ since ’ The border of the last fieldset element looks a little out of place’ and you are supposed to remove the border-bottom of the last fieldset.

the CSS syntax example from FCC is selecting last ‘p’ element.
Follow that example instead of ‘p’ element you put ‘fieldset’ then set border-bottom to none, you will remove line above the submit button
