fieldset is an element not a class selector for you to select it as such .fieldset{}

First problem is that you are using a class selector for fieldset even though it is an element.

After fixing this you need to erase the 3 lines you wrote for padding and write one line for padding and define the 2rem for top and bottom and 0px for the rest.
