last step here, dont understand the issue since the color of “text and conditions” has changed to the desired color so i know it works. its telling me to use the a element selector which i also have done properly since like i said. the color has changed.

The tests aren’t expecting you to use that specific of a selector. And to be honest, I don’t think you would really use this in a real project. What if the URL changes? Then you have to change both the HTML and the CSS.
