You’ve basically done this correctly except that your quotation marks are funky. They are “fancy” quotation marks instead of regular old ascii quotation marks. Only the ascii quotation marks will work in CSS. You can remove them completely if you want or replace them with ascii quotation marks by typing them directly into the fCC editor.
