I do not see anything wrong with your line of CSS code for Step #8.
You did, however, embed your “id” of black-wall twice by nesting it inside of the
CSS style code of:

#black-wall  {
background-color: #8B4513;
}

If you were to delete your nested information of:

#black-wall {
width: 100%;
height: 60%;
}

Just add your width and height information under your background-color
line of code. Do not type out…#back-wall { … } again.

I do hope this will get you progressing forward again.
