Hi all,

I am unable to pass the above step. Can someone please tell me whats wrong with my code.

Step 17

Using arrow syntax complete the forEach callback function. Inside the callback function body use an addition assignment to set the innerHTML of tasksContainer to empty backticks.

My code:
taskData.forEach(({ id, title, date, description }) => {

tasksContainer.innerHTML += ``;

});

If you have a question about a specific challenge as it relates to your written code for that challenge and need some help, click the Ask for Help button located on the challenge (it looks like a question mark). This button only appears if you have tried to submit an answer at least three times.

The Ask for Help button will create a new topic with all code you have written and include a link to the challenge also. You will still be able to ask any questions in the post before submitting it to the forum.

Thank you.

Hi,

Step 17 does not have the option “Ask for Help”.

I solved this step by using a back bracket and a semicolon.
taskData.forEach(({ id, title, date, description }) => {
tasksContainer.innerHTML += ``;
);
});

Thank you. It took me a while to work out the brackets, and curly braces, and spaces and semicolons. Goodness!
