Apparently it did not count as correct, it says : One meta element should have a name set to viewport , and content set to width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0 .

So obviously you will need to have
content=“width=device-width, initial-scale=“1.0” instead of content=“device-width, initial-scale=“1.0”
In a nutshell, you are missing a ( width= ) , and missing a “ before 1.0
