Hi @yochainoah

The instructions want you to hard code the value as a string.

Happy coding

what does it mean to hard code ? I did the following and it still didnt work?

const decimalToBinary = (input) => {
  let binary = [];
  let index = 0;
  while(input > 0){
     binary[index] = input%2;
     input = Math.floor(input/2)
     index++;
  }
  let strBinary = '';
  for(let i = binary.length-1; i >= 0 ;i--){
    strBinary += String(binary[i])
  }
  return strBinary;
}

Hard coding means code that does not change.

Reset the step to restore the original code, then enter a string containing the binary version of ten.

Happy coding
