Somehow the original ? character at the end of (...)? got deleted.
Original:

const dollarRegex = /[0-9]+ (hundred|thousand|million|billion)? dollars/i;

Bring it back and give it another try.

Oh , thanks mate i am not that much good at ‘regexp’ , I need to look through docs all the time.

Can you drop some of best resources for it?

Maybe someone knows of other resources but I do not believe that there is such thing as best. There is no magic formula neither that can accelerate the learning.
What it helped me was to find “reasons” to use regex and practice. Using the programming language Perl was very influential in how I learned regular expressions.

Keep at it and may you give it the best effort.

MDN is always a good place to start. The page also has links at the bottom to regex testing tools which can be very handy when writing regex code.
