Learn the CSS Box Model by Building a Rothko Painting - Step 2

I ended up skipping step 2 and completing the rest of the project. For some reason I just could not get step 2. It says " Within the head element, add a meta tag which sets the charset to UTF-8 , and a title element with the value Rothko Painting ". Do I have a typo I’m missing?
