You should be seeing this error message when you submit that code:

Your link element doesn’t have the correct href attribute:

You need link element in your head

<link>

Within the link you need rel attribute with the value stylesheet and href attribute with the value provided in instructions. And one more link element, within second ink element you need rel attribute with the value stylesheet and href attribute with the value styles.css…
