Instructions given were

Create the final p element for your .daily-value section. Give it the text Potassium 235mg 6% . Align the 6% text to the right, and remove the bottom border of the p element.

As you know you are creating a nutrition label in this project.
So this step is about adding another part of this label.
The instructions start out by saying:
“Create the final p element”

The word final, it is similar to last in English.
So you should be creating the element at the bottom of the editing area that you were presented with.

Effectively that means that the new Potassium part of the nutrition label will come below the Iron part.

Please write it in the correct spot and keep following the hints.
