Changes an external link to an internal one as well as creating an id for the footer i get an error
The a tag should have an href attribute set to “#footer”. ive tried alot of things and it wont let me past i cant figure out what im overlooking ive read the other forum post and no clues from there and the one poster who always says if this hint isnt sufficent let me know your hints are not sufficent lol
