  • Do not create a new <a> tag. Make changes to your existing <a> tag.

  • Add id=footer to your <footer> tag

I have tried, I can’t seem to know what else to add or how to arrange. Can you be more specific with your answer, please?

You need to delete this

This is the anchor tag you are supposed to work with

Change your external link to an internal link by changing the href attribute to "#footer"

You first need to change this part

Here are the second part of the instructions
and the text from cat photos to Jump to Bottom .

You have to change this text

Here is the third part of the instructions
Remove the target="_blank" attribute from the anchor tag

Here is the fourth part of the instructions
Then add an id attribute with a value of footer to the <footer> element at the bottom of the page.

This is the footer

You need to add an id of footer to the footer tag

Please, I can’t seem to figure my error in this code. The error message says, "the footer tag should have an id attribute set to “footer”. I did that and I still get the error message.
