Loading of offline Relational Database Projects in VS Code

I have done everything as mentioned here-> GitHub - freeCodeCamp/rdb-alpha at 86b5adbcfb4ac952451d59a9ea92c7a20376ab45.
But json file not loading as its only showing loading tutorial summary.
Please help to load this on offline system.
