When FreeCodeCamp blog was on medium, Claps feature was so helpful to me.
I could know if the article is interesting to read or not with this feature, but now there’s no relevant method to do so in the new bolg. Please consider adding something like this.

I read somewhere that they are working on a feature to show how interesting an article is, it will be a while before it is implementent but it will come
Developer News is not a social media publishing platform.
There are already a ton of great open publishing platforms out there. Shout-out to:
- Coderwall
- Dev.to
- Hashnode
Anyone can create an account on these social media platforms and start publishing within seconds.
They have fun feedback mechanisms. Hearting. Clapping. Unicorns.
And hundreds of people publish articles on these platforms every day.
Developer News doesn’t have any of that.
Instead, we just focus on being useful to readers.
