Mario database doesn't work

In one of mario data base questions that the answer was “\d sounds” when i entered the answer, it wouldn’t catch it and after several attempts I decided to reload the page in hope of making in work correctly. But unfortunately now it doesn’t even load the course in vscode. I don’t know what to do. Please help me.
