It’s near to perfection 
only a little advice, the title “Hello, and welcome to my portfolio. Feel free to have a look around.” look too tiny in small screens and, but this is a subjective opinion, the background have to be more bigger ( 100% width or more padding ) to highlilght better the text.
I liked! Althought, I really think you should make the website full width.

Very nice. I would include a picture of the tribute page you made, as a portfolio is for displaying that kind of thing.
