Navbar Not At Top Of Viewport I’m about to finish my personal portfolio project but I cant seem to figure how to keep my navbar at the top of the viewport with interfering with the welcome section any suggestions?

You have linked to a blank template. Your code is not there.

@tlc35us there’s the new llink

Add top: 0 to #navbar.

You have to give it a position upon which to be fixed. Like @lasjorg said, “zero pixels from the top”.

@lasjorg I got that to work I put a blurred image in now im trying to get it appear on top again .

Add a positive z-index to the header.

header {
  position: fixed;
  width: 100%;
  z-index: 10;

@lasjorg I been trying to figure this out all day but umm I have css animations put into my project and they don’t work here 's a link to it any suggestions thanks in advance.

@lasjorg Also is there any to put my h1 text with the blurred image text together so all that dead space is gone and the projects objectives are still satisfied.

This is not a valid selector pulse a:hover, remember pulse is a class, should be .pulse a:hover

I’m not sure I understand the question.

Which h1 are you talking about and what space? The first or the second?

Im talking about the first h1 element Is there any way to Put in the box while satisfying the objectives for this project?

Sorry, I still don’t understand what you mean.

I feel like the #welcome-section should be the first section and the #practice h1 should be inside the #projects section. It’s like you have one too many sections.

See I get that the practice should be in the projects but an h1 is need to be in the welcome section i was wondering If i could put that h1 but keep it in the welcome section but put in the box thats in the blurred image

@lasjorg Figured it out.
