You need to pass the argument mentioned in the instructions to the .find method.

Please reset the step to restore the original code, as you changed the top three lines.

Thanks. what do you mean by original code?

Is the Text variable included in this exercise ( alphabet)?

Here is the original code for step 13 of Building a Cipher:

text = 'Hello World'
shift = 3
alphabet = 'abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz'
