I would like to help you, but what is the problem that you are finding? Do you understand the exercise? I can see that the code is the original one, could you give it a try or ask a specific question? You currently have one a element that links to “http://freecatphotoapp.com”. What do the instructions tell you to do?

task is to remove EXTERNAL link and make it INTERNAL

You footer has

id =footer

place that with # into your <a href = "here">
and replace the text between anchor tag to JUMP to bottom

this task is about creating internal links like u click on any website contact info it takes u there like that:)

While this is a correct solution for the tests. It does not make practical sense.

The link to the footer should be at the Top of the page!

Like @Maria_16 mentioned above… the goal is to move INTERNALLY through the page so that a link at the top of the page will JUMP to the bottom.
