A few things that are wrong in you current code:

  • You have missing > characters <a href="cat photos"</a> should be <a href="cat photos"></a> to be correct (just for the tag)
  • href is a reference/link href="cat photos" is not valid, href="http://freecatphotoapp.com" is valid
