I just finished the Javascript projects and they haven’t given me my certification. How is that possible? Has anyone else experienced this?
You need to go to your account settings to claim your certificate. Before you can do so, you also need to agree to the Academy Honesty Pledge.
To make your certificate appear in your profile, you need to have your profile set to public.

I had seriously forgotten about going to claim the certification in the account settings so thanks, I was a bit worried
