Pending Responsive Web Design Exam Result (Urgent School Deadline)

Hi everyone,

I recently completed the Responsive Web Design Certification Exam via the Exam Environment App on March 16, 2026, around 9:12 PM. However, my dashboard status is still stuck on “Pending.”

I am reaching out here because this certification is a strict requirement for my web development class, and the final submission deadline set by my professor is this coming Monday morning.

I understand that exams now go through a manual human review process that can take up to 7 days. I have already sent an email to support@freecodecamp.org and received the automated replies. I am posting here to humbly ask if there’s any way a staff member could look into my account and expedite the review process due to my strict academic deadline.

Welcome there,

We cannot expedite the moderation due to external deadlines. This could create massive overhead in staff time dealing with such requests.

For any teacher or student using the freeCodeCamp curricula, our timescales will need to be accounted for when making their own requirements.

If it helps, it rarely takes the full 7 days for an attempt to be moderated.
