PLASE HELP for placing radio button element within form tag

It says my code is wrong because my radio button elements should be added within the form tag, please help me

It says your radio buttons should be nested in a form tag like you before nested your input one.

this is your form tag, I don’t see radio buttons inside

Thanks, my form tag didn’t contain label elements that is why it was wrong

Above the form tag there are radio buttons, when I tried to write them whinin form tag I just haven’t considered label elements but then I realised my mistake. BTW thanks for replying
